Digital Service Delivery and Access

Last updated: 2 November 2026

LAYAN TV is a digital streaming service. There are no physical goods, nothing is shipped and there is no shipping charge. What you receive is online access on your account.

Today. No paid plan is on sale and no series is publicly available, so nothing is being delivered to paying customers. This page explains how access will work when LAYAN+ opens.

What you receive

How you watch

You watch in a web browser, on a phone or computer, after signing in with a one-time code sent to your email. You need an internet connection, and your network’s data charges apply. Video is delivered by our video provider over secure links that are valid for a limited time.

There is no LAYAN TV app in the App Store or on Google Play yet. A LAYAN TV app, when there is one, shows your plan’s status and sells nothing.

When access starts

LAYAN+ turns on for your account only after the payment provider confirms your payment to us. Coming back to our site does not turn it on by itself, and you never need to send proof of payment.

How long access lasts

Your account’s plan page shows your status, the date your access ends and your billing history.

When access ends

LAYAN+ episodes lock again, free episodes stay free, and your account stays. A refund ends your plan straight away (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).

If something goes wrong

If you have paid but LAYAN+ is not on, or you cannot watch, write to us with the subject "[Billing]" and tell us the date and amount of the payment. We check the payment provider’s record, and you do not need to send a screenshot or card details. Our reply times are on Contact Us.

We work to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted, and series may be added or removed. See the Terms and Conditions.
